Adjustable 3pt lift arms on Ford 9000

I am trying to adjust the left side lift arm on my Ford 9000 three point. I have tried heating red hot, grease, oil and Deep Creep penetrating oil, but the threads won't budge. Any tricks of the trade would be appreciated. Thanks

The only thing I would add to your list is smacking on the arm with a BFH when it's good and warm. Maybe even have a friend try to twist it with a big pipe wrench while you're beating on it. Sometimes shock and awe is what's needed in severe cases like this.

Take it off the tractor. Pick a place in the yard to have a bonfire. Lay it on something firm so it doesnt bend when it is red hot. When you pick it out of the ashes tomorrow morning, it will pretty much unscrew by hand.

I had one sitting leaning against the back wall and put penetrating oil on it now and then for two years to no avail.

Red hot then drop in water completely submerge leave for an hour.
