I'm thinking it's going to be more trouble than it's worth but the price is right. Anyone have any idea if this would even come close to fitting?

If you like fabricating and welding, give it a go. A few years ago I took off a Bush Hog loader from a 6610 and installed it on a Kubota M6040. Had to modify the frame mounts and drill holes in the front mount but it still works good.

Get measurements of the insides of the loader frame on either side of the hood and then measure the width of the hood on your 4000. The 3 cylinder tractors were wider than the pre-1965 4 cylinder tractors. If the loader frame is wide enough then all you have to worry about is fabricating the mounting brackets.

If by Jubilee loader you mean a loader designed for a Ford Jubilee, that loader was designed for a tractor of about 30HP with a weight of roughly 2500 pounds. A Ford 4000 has nearly twice the horsepower and twice the weight. If you do make it fit on the 4000, treat it gently or be prepared to run over the bucket when the loader frame collapses.
