I have a friend that traded for a 6710, cab tractor, the clutch is on the floor, there is no friction when
you pull it back up,, it will just fall back down to floor I see no inspection plate either, any help would
be appreciated
, and they want to know what this goes to, the single line with coupler Thank you

Sounds like your clutch linkage became disconnected. Follow the external linkage out and under the cab and see if everything is moving as it should.

The coupler looks like trailer brake stuff to me. See link below.

If the arm on the bell housing is moving, then something likely exploded on the pressure plate. I'd pull the starter and send a borescope inside to look around.
