Ford 530 baler question

I have a model 530 square baler. One of the angle iron bars the pickup teeth are mounted on flips over occasionally when I get into
some tangled / uncut hay. What parts would need to be fixed to prevent it from doing this in the future? I don't use it that much
but gets tiresome taking it apart to get it back in place.

I end up taking the bracket off on each end of the angle iron, pull the assembly out of the cam ring, put the roller back in the cam ring in the proper place and replace the brackets.

Sounds as if pickup cam track has a section worn out that ball brg on end of tooth bar was designed to ride in. This worn/broken spot allows brg to escape from track. I think a visual inspection of the cam will be required to confirm my thoughts.

That is what I was wondering about but the roller bearing is still in the cam after it flips over.

(quoted from post at 22:26:32 10/14/21) I end up taking the bracket off on each end of the angle iron, pull the assembly out of the cam ring, put the roller back in the cam ring in the proper place and replace the brackets.

This statement of yours indicates roller brg is getting out of the track indicating a faulty track.
