I'll bet the people at YT that can answer your question don't read the forum much. If Chris or Kim see it they just have to chase someone at the store, so I would suggest picking up the phone and calling the YT store.

Phone number is on their contact page.

Parts ordered from YT are sometimes drop-shipped from other sources. When that happens, they don't give you any shipment notification; the parts just show up on your doorstep. Either call them or use the email contact link.

Nashranch, I am glad that I don't own a business that you could order from.
y mail order experience has been as follows and seems reasonable to me. Receive notice that my order has been received. Followed with notice of expected ship or receive date, followed by notice that order has been shipped. I appreciate the info.

Jamison, Most places that I order from do it as you describe. However, as I am sure you recognize, for the most part those notifications are all automated, and such automation or the labor to do it manually is out of the reach of many small business who carry the out-of-the-ordinary things that the big players would never carry that some of us need from time to time.

Nashranch; You are going to have to be patient. There are delivery problems all over the place. There's a shortage of truck drivers for one thing.
