Ford 3000 Transmission issue

Hello, recently purchased a Ford 3000 Diesel. Changed all the fluids, was running great. Parked it, ate lunch, when to move it and was the Brake was on, Tractor was trying move, but was like it was trying to start off in 8th gear, but the shifter was in low 3. Confused, I moved everything around, nothing. The only way it will move is if the Gear shift is in neutral, and in Low gear. ???? No reverse. If you try to put the regular shifter into any other gear, it only stalls the Motor. I changed the Fluid, it was milky and nasty. Still didnt change anything.. I am 100% confused.,

Shifter has popped out of its gate, youll need to pull the shift top and center the shift rails, then reinstall the shift top making sure the shifters align with the shift rails
