Guess my radiator is toast. Attempted to repair but the tubes are rotten. Where is the best place to buy a replacement? I've heard horror stories and want to make the best decision. Thanks!

If it's an original, I'd suggest you investigate getting it recored by a legitimate radiator shop. It'll probably cost you twice what an aftermarket replacement will set you back, but you'll have full cooling capacity and the shrouds will fit.
If you decide not to go that direction, post an ad and sell your original core, there's someone who wants it.

Agree with Pomester. Original is best. My original Ford rad was toast too, but the rad repair place I went to told me that even the upper and lower tanks were thin (you could move the upper neck bending the tank. Tanks aren't available new, so I elected to go with an aftermarket, as much as I really wanted to keep the original. I ended up with one from American Cooling Solutions. It fit my 841 perfectly. The only issue I had was one side had the shroud mounting holes misaligned. I drilled new ones. Shroud fit very well afterwards. No leaks. Also half the price of what just recoring my old one.

Last winter I disregarded the advice of Dean and others and got a replacement radiator from this site. This was the 'restoration grade' radiator, which actually came from Dennis Carpenter, a well-known supplier of quality Ford tractor and automobile parts. I ended up returning the radiator; it had a poor fit and was damaged when I received it. It was clearly made of thinner material than the original. I then had my original radiator re-cored by a local shop. It cost more for the recore than for the new radiator, but I am completely satisfied with the re-cored radiator.
