Re: have no clue what it is

I have saved another one from the scrapyard, but I have no clue what it is. Here is what I do know, i think it says powermaster on the hood it's pretty rusty. It has a
backhoe on it and all I can make out is sherman power digger as well as a pipe style loader on it, the loader bucket has 2 cylinders on it. The Tag on the loader says
something iron works. The tractor itself is a ohv 4cyl gas engine with a side mount dist, it also has what I think is a sherman 2 speed trans. I can't find any serial
numbers on it where the stieners book says they should be. Just another mystery I would like to solve.

The best way to narrow it down is by the model and serial number.
They should be on top of the flat spot just aft of the starter.
Barring that, if the sheetmetal is original, I think the Powermaster
label would make it an 801. On the 1801 it would say industrial and
the grill would be different.

1801 Grill and nose piece is all cast iron.
