Ford Workmaster 641 Transmission

Ford Workmaster 641 transmission issues. Since last fluids change, while in forwards and reverse, theres been knocking noises. Tractor kept jumping out of 3rd today and now, when the gear shift is in neutral, its actually moving and in gear and wont go in any gear. If I try to put in any gear it is very hard or if it goes the tractor just doesnt move and chokes down. Was my dads and he bought new. Any help? Thank you

That sound like teeth missing on some gears. Reason doesnt move when put in gear its already in gear , so is in 2 gears.Pull shifter see if missing teeth and get out of gear. If teeth missing its going to be a
double split.

Sounds like a broken shift fork to me.

What damage would be if the fluid level in the transmission was too much or would that cause any problems?

Fluid level has nothing to do with it.
