Tie Rod end identification needed

I have a 3400 Ford that someone has removed all of the original steering and converted it to an orbital valve hydraulic steering. The problem I am having is that the tie rod ends they used are not original. They are 7/8-18 male thread with a tapered pin size being .875 to .770 with a 5/8 fine thread to secure to steering knuckle. 3.9 in length from centerline of ball to end of 7/8-18 threads. Everything I have found so far has a tapered pin that is too small. I have exhausted the parts people at John Deere, New Holland, Napa, Car Quest, O'Reilly's and scoured the internet thus far with no luck. Please help!
