'64 4000 need help mounting splined hub adapter for fro

Does anyone have an idea if I need a new crankshaft pulley or something? The way things are now, I can't fit the hub adapter in between the front axle housing and the double crank pulley. My plan is to grind the adapter till it fits, and then get longer bolts inserted by possibly grinding an access detent into the housing so they have room to slip in. I'm trying to install a ford 720 loader.

Also, I need loader rear axle mounting brackets and I cannot find them anywhere, am I going to have to fabricate them?

Any ideas? Thanks y'all!

Can't tell for sure from the angle of your first picture, but it looks like at least one of the bolts that is supposed to hold the coupler to the pulley is already in the pulley.

I set the hub into the space between the pulley and the axle cradle... its just to show that there isnt clearance to attach it. Do I have to seperate the engine/axle to fit it on?

Does anyone have a 720 loader installation manual?

Thanks ya'll!
