Ford 6610 oil fitting

Carefully measure the OD of the steel cooler line. I wanna say it's 3/8 but don't quote me on that. Whatever it is, we'll call it x.

Go to any NAPA or similar auto parts store and tell them you want a brass fitting 1/4 pipe male by x inverted flare. They should be able to
take it from there. If you can take the pipe into the store with you, that would be even better.

Thank you, I just wasnt sure that it was a check valve. The left side is.

The LH side is a pressure-sensitive restrictor fitting designed to reduce flow to the cooler at idle so as to keep oil pressure up at idle. It's more needed on the 7610s.
