Clutch stuck on 7610

My 92 7610 2wd has always had a sticky clutch, now it is frozen solid. I've tried adjusting the linkage, but it is still stuck. Is there anything left I can do beside break this thing in half? I'd really like to use this tractor, but I'm not going to risk hurting myself or causing further damage. Any advice on how to free this clutch would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Many members here have freed stuck clutches numerous times with this method: Start it and warm it up in Neutral. Shut it off and start it in a low gear and move it to where you can safely start and drive it in a higher gear. Then shut it off and put it in a higher gear and start and drive it with the clutch in and stabbing the brakes. Have fun!

Block the pedal down and let mother
nature free it up. Temperature changes =
expansion and contraction. Doesn't
always work but most often it does.

OR.... have someone pull the tractor with a chain... You put the trans in high range, high gear... it will drag a bit and then the engine will start turning as it is drug forwards... keep the kill cable pulled out so engine will NOT run!!!!!!!... and keep the clutch pedal in.... and then hammer the brakes quickly on and off, not breaking the chain.... Usually use another tractor for pulling although a truck will do this. After a while of hammering the brakes, the clutch will finally break loose and then the tractor rolls and then engine no longer is turning....

Tractor sitting, in wet weather seems to cause this more often than not. I so far,,, have been able to break loose every tractor and not had to split.. using either the above method, or this method. Be careful!!!!!!

I've done variations of the methods below
to free clutches that sometimes work and
sometimes don't.
Keep in mind how much time you spend on
that as those things can be split in a
couple hours if you have the means.
