Ford 6610 to 7710 update and oil drive question

After two months of fighting to get a good engine kit with whole pistons (3 replacement pistons had a broken ring), we ended up ordering a different engine kit (A & I). The good pistons came in a few weeks ago and we had sent out the piston to be decked since the block wasn't flat (the pistons would have hit the head?). Fast forward a few weeks until Tuesday (8/08/2021), then we were able to pick the block up. Tonight we got the block together enough to mount to the transmission. Tomorrow we will be putting the rest of the motor together. The engine balancer will be fun to put on since that has some weight. The block is now 40 over, before the block was 20 over. From what it seems like, with the oil pump drive (tach drive), I can put that in with the crank and camshaft in the block?
