Im looking for a head bolt to attach the sickle to the wobble box. The only one i have found is $70 for ONE bolt. any help is appreciated.

The New Holland part number is 242033, if you don't have that to search with. It is not a bolt as such you are going to find at a hardware store, it is a part built for that purpose. Messick's shows the bolt for $150.66. Here is one at a bit less than the one you found (I have no connection to this place or confirmation of price or if available). You may find others by searching with the part number.
