Hello, I have a 1973 ford tractor. Recently we rewired it, changed it over to an alternator and fixed the leaking steering column. everything went well, until.... the steering wheel turns, but it rises up and the wheels don't turn. I don't know what I did and I'm not sure how to fix it. Any ideas?
