Ford 755 hoe combination valve lines attaching

I can't remember at the moment, but is this how the combo valve is mounted in this picture? With the pressure test fittings (part 1 and 4) under the two bolts with the spring (part 19)? I guess this picture is of a 753 hoe.

I am guessing youre not getting any responses
because no one understands the question. The
links to the other website gave much more detail
than you provided here. What is the current status
of your project since you posted? Based on the
pictures on the other website, I can tell you that the
chain tension is entirely automatic. What youre
calling the combination valve is actually a lock
valve. The chain is pulled tight when swinging in
either direction. If you have pressure bleeding off,
either the lock valve is leaking or the cylinders need
to be serviced. There is nothing to set or adjust. Put
the backhoe back on and swing either way, and that
slack will be gone. If the cylinders are indeed
leaking, it wont be long before the excess oil in the
wrong end of the cylinder blows the vent line off
between the cylinders. Take one end of the line off
and swing a full 180* . If you dont see any oil from
either of the cylinders, and the boom drifts to the
down-hill side, the lock valve is bypassing. If you
ever need to replace the swing chain, loosen the
line at the lock valve going to the cylinder at the
broken half of the chain. Fasten a piece of chain to
the end of the cylinder and the other end to a long
pinch bar and pry on the swing post. Need to pull
the rod out about one inch, just enough to get the
pins in. From there on adjustment is entirely
automatic.
