What/where leak?

Folks this is on a 64 Ford 2000 gas tractor w/4 spd trans. I got what I assume hydraulic/trans fluid on top of transmission plate. Most of it seems to be around the push start button and shifter but it does cover the plate. Ive cleaned it but have not been able to pinpoint source of leak. Any ideas?

Is oil cream colored or just hyd oil color? Is hyd low on dipstick? Trans may just need drained because of condensation build up.

Symptoms are typical of hydraulic pressure
tube, which runs through transmission,
having a leak. Many times this is due to
rust. Are you missing fluid from the
hydraulic section? Plenty of info on
symptoms, diagnosis, and repair in the YT
archives.
