Ford 3000 with loader

Would you buy it for $500 and drive 240 miles one way to get it? I guess the engine has water in it. Not sure about the condition of the rest of it. Give me your thoughts on this piece-o-chit

The 730 seris loader needs rods on lift cyls, rusted beyond repair, see all the scabs on loader arms. 1-65/ 3-68 tractor with beat in ground by loader front axle. I would be shy of the SOS too. Its a pile of
parts. Me myself and I would PASS.

Maybe $250 and part it out. My 3 cents worth. Bought better for less and about that far.

It would need to be nearby for me to pay
that much for that condition.
Engines and transmissions rarely fail at
the same time, but the SOS shifter is
gone, and it looks like the cable was
cut. The engine is likely rebuildable,but
that ones going to need a lot more than
that... it's a parts machine to me.

Parts tractor, might be worth it if you see parts/tires you need , and if you want/need the loader, which looks like it needs some
love too.
