Ford 2910 injection pump no fuel coming out

Anyone know why the fuel would not be coming out from the injection pump? I'm getting fuel out of the first bleeder bolt on the pump but nothing on the lines to the injectors. We were towing the tractor around.

Metering valve and/or rotor plungers stuck, head/rotor seized, pump not turning maybe? If engine has not run for awhile it may have internal parts stuck from setting,
I've seen that a lot more later on pumps in for repair.

Weekly repair for me. Probably been setting without running for 8 months or longer. Ultra low sulfur diesel blended with soy diesel
turns to a paraffin and cause internal parts to hang up. Longer they sit, tighter they stick. Time for a tear down n reseal. Doesnt
have to be expensive, just call around. If you pick the closest, or first call you make you might want to bend over. It is not
uncommon to see 1000 bucks worth of difference in price from on shop to the next. Couple calls only cost a few minutes of your
time. Always pick someone you are comfortable talking with. Life to short to deal with touch holes. Al

Supposedly the pump was off the tractor and was rebuilt. I think the was at least 8 months ago (I don't think the pump was rebuilt, the top cover was loose and the pump seemed stuck, we freed it up with a wrench before it went onto the tractor). How much are those a pain to take apart and put back together?

My experience has been that it's usually a stuck metering valve. If so, this is an easy fix by simply going through the top
cover of the pump.
