NH Genesis code F027?

My NH 8970 is throwing a code of F027, see manual.

Looking in the manual, they dont list the codes at all. Not helpful in any way at all. Manual says that series of codes pertain to he three point, well duh the 3pt stopped working so that much I understand.

So, what does the code mean?

I have captured the 3pt in the past, that does not appear to be the issue here.

F027 rockshaft pot failed low/short.

So I would start with looking at the rockshaft potentiometer and its wiring. Get your service book out and check the potentiometer range with a voltmeter.
