Both front intake and rear upper intake. That may not be rite but makes most sence. I have 3 of them but there is bolts in one intake.

I will dig out one of my old diesel engines and see what it has. I was thinking the studs should be where they can grasp both intake and exhaust manifold but I'm not sure. I've slept since then.
