4600 CAV injection pump

My injection pump started leaking on the end cover that is piped back to fuel filter (has 4 bolts) Does the kit on this site have this O - Ring or where can I get the O - ring ?

Write down all the pertinent info from the pump's data tag and call your local fuel injection repair shop. Try to make sure you get an o-ring in the genuine Delphi packaging. With all the parts and shipping problems ongoing, some folks out there might take an o-ring from a cheap pre-packaged assortment and sell it to you at a genuine Delphi price.

That being said, when you replace this o-ring you're on borrowed time until the next leak starts. If this machine is important to you, just remove the entire injection pump and have it rebuilt. Then all your o-rings are new and your fuel flow, governor RPM and advance curves are all up to spec.

When one leak starts, more are soon to follow. Best in the long run to have complete pump re-sealed. I have a Perkins and JD CAV DPA pump apart now for leaks..
