Well it took a different hydraulic pump, then it would only lift in position setting. I called WayneIA - he lives about an hour away - & ended up taking the cover over to him. A little over an hour later (had to allow a LOT of talking time to catch up) I was on my way home again.
Put it back together this afternoon & it goes up when I want it too in both positions, goes down when I want, & holds steady when I want.
So a big THANK YOU WAYNE!!!
About the only part I haven't checked out (& had to fix) is the pto. Maybe I'll just leave the cover screwed on it!
