Trying to make sure I know what I have. Serial number I believe is in the first pic on the starter mounting block. This is first tractor though have been around them all my life. Obviously a Ford 2000 but I think this is the offset version? I cannot seem to post any images.

If I read that correctly, 1963 2000 utility with a 4 speed trans.
Not an offset though. Welcome to the forum!

Offsets look like this one I found online with the steering outside the hood.

21201 is a general purpose ag chassis 2000 with a 4 speed transmission with non-live PTO. Basically the same as the 641 model in the previous '01 series. Since there's no "-D" suffix I assume that is has a gasoline engine. An offset would have 11 in the third and fourth spots in the model number instead of 20.

27976 is a 1963 serial number.

Thanks for
The help. Looking forward to learning some more. Never paid much attention to tractors - just drive them when my boss told me to but its a different interest when its your or you inherit something.

So do you think this will a an accurate representation of the tractor - at least in terms of the specs?

Ford tractor Model 2000, 36 Hp gas engine, Comes with 6ft Brush Hog,Tractor is equipped with brush hog stabilizer, Converted to 12 volts,New Battery, points, plugs, condenser, ballast resistor, Headlights work also has rear light,Front end is tight no slack,All tires like new, Live Hydraulics. Clutch, and all gears are good. Lift works perfect. This is a good clean tractor.
