Tried resealing old pump but mucked it up and dont have time or knowledge to fix it . I can even send old pump to seller as Im sure it could be reused

If you're going to take the old one off anyway, why don't you simply take the one you have to a pump shop?

420 has the odd 183 ci engine, its unlikely youll find a pump thats calibrated properly for that engine
Not sure where your located but Diesel tech in northern In and Al the pump guy in Al are both members here that rebuild inj pumps
