6610 rear main seal leak

My tractor is 87 model, 3100 hours, rear main seal leaks some. Are these prone to this, and are they easy to change?

The pan gasket also seems to be leaking a little, are these easy to change?

Front seal is dry as a bone.

The rear main seal is a one piece seal so it will require splitting the tractor so you can remove the clutch and flywheel to put a new seal in.

Thanks,

The clutch pivot bushings are worn, plan to split and replace those, so get leaks at same time.

If it has the standard 8 speed replace the two transmission input shaft seals while it's split.
I have more issues with them leaking than from the rear main seal.

The front axle pins to the oil pan, to remove the oil pan you have to unpin and remove the front axle, not a simple task.
