8670A Transmission calibration

I posted a while back .... had to send the chassis control module off to have it repaired for MFWD issue. Got it back from Ag Express and that problem is fixed.
I went to calibrate the transmission and I enter calibration mode move the shifter forward, wait for CC to blink and then when I move the shifter to side the tractor lunges and goes out of calibration mode.
I?ve never had a tractor move during calibration before any ideas as to what the problem is ?

Just a hunch - Ag Express didn't find all the bugs in the CCM or caused another in their repair effort.

I had an 8670 CCM they couldn't repair after 2 0r 3 attempts. Had to get a new one. Fortunately for me, I had two Genesis tractors at that time, so could verify that the CCM was the problem.

what im getting on the display is "CC"blinking when i move the shifter to start calibrating "20" comes on the display like its supposed to but then the tractor lunges
forward or reverse depending on the position of the shifter and i get a "F" on the display. just for the heck of it i tried it with the inching pedal down and it'll go
through the process counting all the way to 99. so its hard for me to believe is an electronic issue makes me think the clutch packs are filling normally instead of
slowly as is supposed to happen during calibration.

I'm gonna say that you have something wrong with the clutch pack or PWM solenoid that is being modulated at the time of lunging. When the system is working as it should, the computer starts to fill the clutch pack very slowly while looking for "clutch pack bite" as detected by a drop in engine speed. In your case, the tractor starts to move immediately as the clutch pack is first filled. This is why the calibration procedure then stops.

You either have a failed clutch pack inside, or else a failed modulator valve on the outside. Once you figure out which clutch pack is responsible, you could swap modulators to see where the issue lies.

It happens on all 3 clutch packs. But I read in the book F1 uses MC1 and F2 and R use MC2. So I?m hoping for trash on the valves. I?ll dig in and let you know what I find.
