Ford 8000 PTO brake band

Trying to figure out how to adjust the pto brake band on my Ford 8000. I have a new one coming and I wasn’t sure the exact process of adjusting it correctly, I was told that it should be tightened to 15 inch pounds and backed off one turn but the guy who told me that couldn’t remember for sure if that’s the exact process. I figured bern would probably know if that’s correct or not.

Thank you. My torque wrench only goes down to 20 inch pounds so I’ll just loosen it 2 turns and hopefully that will be enough.

2 turns might be too much. Make sure that once it's all said and done, that the arm can be pried out about halfway with a small screwdriver.
