Picked it up today. Came with a full set of the 35# pie weights, the 4 weight sections for the front wheels, the original drawbar, hangar and check chains which were taken off when new in '58, a cultivator, a sawmill package and belts, and 2 extra PTO pulley assemblies along with a slew of other parts. Even an extra rest-o-ride frame and I believe original rubber torsion springs. A gentleman retired and was selling off his equipment. This was his favorite. He is 94. Kinda bitter sweet....

(quoted from post at 23:26:29 12/26/20) Can you get some better pictures of the
grill guard? I am thinking about making
one for the 981 I am supposed to get on
Monday.
eautiful specimen!!

TT,
Where are you located?
I have one of those grill guards here I would sell cheaply.
It needs a little tweaking. You can see one of the vertical bars is bent. Otherwise it's decent.
I'm in the Twin Cities.

Looking good. Those NF's nest together nicely that way also on a trailer. Nice find. Don't look like you have to do any work to it.

That style bumper is my favorite, always thought it looked pretty stout. Somebody found a way to put a few kinks in that one, but I bet it would straighten out nice.
