Firstly....Thanks to you all for helping me learn about the 3000. I have actually learned something new. Quite a change from a '44 2N'!!
Everything is running good, with a few things I have fixed up! Still have to install the new key switch, and a new wiring harness. That will wait until this next spring/summer, but It can wait to get it done.

My 'new to me' 1973 Ford 3000!! (LOVE IT!)

Looks great Gary! Love the new addition to the shop.
Even got it all chained up and ready to go.
That must have taken quite a bit of time.
At least it would around here!

Yep LR, I'm really looking forward to having that tractor shed, to park the 3000 in the summer mos.!!! that way I can actually have the shop area to do some work!!!
Never fear.....I DID have help lifting those chains up and on the rears. Man, those dang things are heavy!!!

Looks nice. I hook the chains in the lugs of the tires then roll the
tractor to get the chain on. Roll it forward til the loose ends are at
the bottom then work the chains down around the tires until you can hook
them at the bottom.
