Selecto Speed Foot Throttle

Any issues with installing a foot throttle on a diesel 1966 and later, say 4000 Ford Selecto Speed? Mine never had one.

There's no reason why you couldn't install one. The transmission type certainly does not matter other than a slightly different mounting bracket. It might actually help to smooth out the 4-5 and 8-9 shifts.

I use the inching pedal/throttle for 8-9 and 9-8 shifts to smooth out the jerk. Doesn't help on 4-5 and 5-4 at all though on my 6000 I do tractor drives with.
