On FB in Pennsylvania. A definite project, but pretty unusual. Any airfields nearby? Seller says "Make an offer"...

TUG?

Guy in moody Alabama has one. I asked if
it was for sale.....just about got run
off..... It's about that shape. Needs a
ton of work.

If you look at the guys facebook page, he's a realtor. See the roll-off dumpster gondola in the pictures? It looks like he's cleaning up a repo-ed house and this tractor was left in the back yard. Of course, it would be a major selling point to guys like us, but I bet he would probably take the offer of the first guy who shows up with a trailer just to get rid of it.

They were welded to the top and bottom of
the spindles. Would not be hard to cut them
back off and wouldn't have damaged
anything.
I like them also.

They do have a cool factor (I like the front fenders, too) but the lack of a 3 point, and a torque converter transmission in at least some, if not all of them, makes it too impractical for me.
There was one (a 600) at the county fairgrounds here for years... was traded for a skid steer in the early '90's. There's also one sitting on a farm on hwy. 40 a few miles north of Bloomer (WI).

Yep tug. My friend from Pa. sent me a photo of it a couple days ago. missing the cab which is a big deal for someone restoring. It does have a nice Montgomery Ward bumper on it. Would look great on a 9n.

Looks like a 68 Camaro in the back ground, might a 67 if that's not a side light on the rear quarter. Great picture!
