Ford NH 2120 Tractor Wont go forward or Reverse

My tractor starts and runs fine. The hydraulic motor and the PTO works fine too. I dont have continuity going down to the solenoids for the forward and reverse. I believe it is an electrical problem in control box. I do have continuity coming out of neutral safety switch. Anything else I should check out? I understand a new control box is very expensive.

Ford built or sold 3 different tractors with 2120 in model number. A 4 cyl 63-64 , 3 cyl 65-68 a Japanees Shriba 85-90.

Check your range selector and linkage.

Dealer ran serial number and said its a 1994.

I knew what he meant. Nothing built in the 1960s would have shift solenoids or a control box on it.
