what is a fair price for a good pair of fenders for a 4000 ford.

Let's see,
There's the 62-64 4 cylinder all purpose 4000, the 4 cyl row crop 4000,
the 65-75 3 cyl all purpose 4000, the 3 cyl row crop 4000 and the 4000 SUs. All of them used different fenders...

I just spent a lot of time saving my 3cyl AP fenders because that was the only option. I guess that would put a good set somewhere in the range of priceless.

UD, perhaps you should include the 800s and 900s that got "modernized" to blue with 4000 stickers, LOL. there are plenty of those out there.
