Ford NAA. Type of oil needed for the rear pumpkin

I use UTF in mine here in Michigan.
I buy it in 5 gallon pails at TSC for $40

Ford originally specified 90W but now recommends the current replacement for 134, Ambra or equivalent.

Ford hasn't been in the tractor business for 30 years or more. New Holland owns the legacy of the Ford tractor brand and it is New Holland that recommends the 134 spec fluid.

Royse, do you use a transfer pump from the pail to the sump and if so, what kind?
Thanks

Fss; you used the word add in your question. Are you just adding some oil or changing it? It may make a difference, I'm not sure.

I use an angled funnel and just pour in what I need Chilidawg. It's easier when the pail isn't so full!

The lid of the 5 gallon pail has a small hole in it near the edge that's plugged when you buy it, and there's a pull ring to pull out the plug, and then there's a flexible plastic spout with a screw lid that you pull out so you can do a controlled pour as long as you can lift the weight of the 5 gallon pail.
