Ford 4000 and 4600

I paid 50 cents a pound for the last set of weights that I bought from a private party. I had to wait quite a while for them to come down from their buck a pound original price, which seems to be about the going rate nowadays.

I'm guessing.... that's 2 bucks a pound...

I have seen folks doing a restoral and wanting a certain model of weights pay more... while others decide that any weight that fits is good enough... Most any suitcase weight can work on a suitcase bracket... where the watermelon weights are more specific.... same as to wheel weights.. the lug mounted weights fit a whole lot of tractors where the rim mounted weights are a little more specific to the rim.

negotiate or pass.
