Pins.. I need them, or will soon. Specifically, the swing frame to boom pin, part # 197213 for the F9 backhoe unit, the plate says sherman 1168 power digger.
I cant find an online source for pins for these old hoes. I cant find a cross reference to see if a common pin size fits it from other makes/models.
Has anyone ever had to replace this pin in this model backhoe? The whole boom can rock back and forth at this point about a half inch or more, so I assume, the pin is badly worn.
Any info on obtaining this part I would really appreciate. I don't know if it can be fabricated somewhere, if so I'd need the spec measurements of it. The one that is on there has a zerk on the end, I assume that the pin also has drilled ports to lube the whole joint.
I want to replace this pin before it breaks on me and creates a problem at the very worst time possible because... thats when stuff like this breaks.
