Some time back I asked a question for a friend who had just made a steal of a deal on a 1964 6000. Anyway, today on my day off I went out to his place and
he invited me to help him plant some winter rye; and I got to use the 6000 to spread the seed while he used his more modern (different brand) tractor to
turn the ground. Had a blast and learned some things about that tractor and how to handle it. It's very very different from my 871 and 860 needless to say.
But a great afternoon helping him out in return for the help he's given me in restoring the 871.
