Ford 7700

I found a 76 7700. Pretty decent shape so I pick it up tomorrow night. Any way a few things need taken card of and one it the tilt steering wheel. It doesn't lock into a position. I think the tilt handle is broke inside the column. Is there a way to fix this?
Also it doesn't have the pedal throttle. I would really like one. Can someone send some pictures of the assembly installed? I have 2 used/junk places looking for it currently. Any other suggestions where to look?

iirc.. had a lever on right hand side that tighten a nut.. or loosen the nut...
loosen the nut, adjust steering, tighten nut and then drive... when the lever is gone, you should still see the nut hopefully.
