I currently have to have my hydraulics lever all the way to the top to be able to get the front of my bushhog off the ground. While it holds it there it will very slowly fall and then bump back up over and over again.
Any ideas as to what is going on? I would rather not have to rebuild or replace the hydraulic cylinder if I don't have to.

Most likely your cylinder does need rebuilt. And check the cam follower pin while you have it apart. If nothing happens until you have the lever pulled almost all the way up, your pin may have a pretty deep groove worn in it. Watch a video, not really too bad to work on. Make sure you don't lose any orings and have a new gasket for the cover.

It's Alright Where It Is! - by Anthony West. I have a tale of a different kind to tell. I had heard rumours that an old Case Model C was languishing away in the back of one of the outbuildings there. So off I went in search of what would turn out to be a very rare and unusual tractor. Mr Kendall is an excitable chap to say the least. He is amongst the last of a dying breed of farmer who
