Hey fellas, second post in the forums and I was hoping someone could help me out with my issues. I have a 1953 jubilee that Im having hydraulic issues. It will not lift hardily anything at idle and barely lift my 4 ft brush hog at wot. However it will Not settle an inch over 3 weeks of sitting with the bush hog up. I have changed all hydraulic fluid and I was assuming I had a weak pump but wasnt sure on how to test or if anyone else had other options. Thanks
