FORD 4610 I-D the year of MFG

I just bought my first tractor from my Uncle's estate its a Ford 4610 II the serial number stamped in the block is BC32747 the sticker under the hood matches the stamp it is a model DA314C I have not been able to find the Year it is. Any help?

DA314C is a 4610 with a diesel engine, independent 540 rpm PTO and an 8 speed transmission.

Get the Unit Number off of the sticker under the hood and post it here. That is the date code for when it was assembled.

the unit number is 9M05B
I must have asked this question twice because some one replied it was a 1990 model thank you

Yeah, if you hit the "back" button in your browser after you post a message it posts a second time sometimes. 9M05B means it was assembled on December 5 1989 during the day shift.

Your correct it has an 8 speed transition and diesel engine. I did not know what the pto was thanks. do you know if there is a way to lock the drive wheels to pull together

There was a differential lock available, although I'm pretty sure it was optional so yours might not have it. If it does, there will be a pedal near where your right heel is when you're sitting on the tractor. If that pedal is not there then it doesn't have it.

thank you I'll look to see if it's there. I seem to remember a small round pedle on the right side wondering what it was for

I checked my tractor has the option. I was so happy to see that little peddle right were the heel of the boot can press it down
