Got a new landpride 12' pull type rotary cutter. And I'm powering it with my ford 4610 4x4. Seems like I have had to do a ton a work for a "farm ready" tractor. Most recent problem is that I raised my wings up on my new bush hog to un pin it from the travel position. Lowered it down and now the wings will not raise back up again. I have read the manual and done the proper bleeding procedures. The dealership operated the mower before i took it home. I know it was full of fluid and so is my tractor. It will raise the rear lift wheels and cut height without any problems. I did replace the hydraulic piston seal and backup ring recently. Along with the lift cover orings and gasket. I now notice my 3 point arms are still lowering on its own after shutting the tractor down. That probably dosent have anything to do with my hydraulic pressure? I'm not sure and need some advice. Its been pretty frustrating here lately. Clearly there must have been more to my lift problems than my piston seal. I also just changed the hydraulic filters both of them. Thanks again guys.
