Ford 640 3pt lift problem *Help!*

Guys you helped me once before, I am hoping you will help me again. I am having 3pt issues with my 640, it all started when I lost my 3pt lift capability and had to bleed the pump to get it to lift. This problem snowballed into every 2 - 3 days having to bleed the pump. After doing some research I decided my best bet was to replace the hydro pump wobble shaft and seal. I took the pump apart and found slight wear on the wobble shaft, I replaced the parts and put the pump back together. One thing I must note, I was given the incorrect oring (Small oring) for the hydro pump to manifold seals, I reused the old small seal and used the new square cut larger seal, but everything appears to be sealing good, no drips from the manifold. After reinstalling the pump this morning, for the life of me I cannot get this thing to stop pumping bubbly hdyro fluid out of the bleed hole. Tonight I installed a hose barb and clear tubing and pumped 1 gallon of fluid through the pump back into the UTF jug 3 times, (stopping to top off the reservoir) for a total of 3 gallons through the pump, still bubbly. What am I missing or doing wrong? I have a single spool remote valve, and some pretty long hydro lines going to my plow lift cylinder on the front of the tractor. Please help me....

There is couple mistakes in parts book on the pump to manifold and manifold to trans. Use -214-90 and -216-90 in both applications. CNH is proud of C0NN B997 A and C0NN B998 A.

Thank you for the information, if I find that the seals are infant leaking, I will try to order those. I am going to reseal the bleeder plug on the pump before going to work. I will back the tractor up a hill in an attempt to get the reservoir higher than the pump, maybe it will naturally bleed the air out. I plan to degrease the tractor tonight and check for leaks. Any other tips are greatly appreciated.

Over here in England when we first got engine mounted piston pumps on the 2000, 3000 and SOS 4000 tractors we had major problems with getting the air out of the hydraulics. Ford introduced something they called "Blending Fluid" which, when added to the hydraulics/rear axle sorted most of the problems immediately. We were then told that if blending fluid was not available, 1 gallon of Kerosene would do the same thing, and it did.

Kerosene did not affect the seals and "O" rings whereas diesel would affect the rubber parts. We had service letters about it and it came up many times on hydraulic courses at Boreham House.

I read a lot on here about air problems and wonder if Ford sold the same product over there or ever suggested kerosene in the oil.

Update, still looking for help. Tonight I plumbed the bleed hole to the fill for the 3pt I ran the tractor for a total of an hour, I started working the plow lift cylinder as well as the remote valve. A may have a bit less bubbles but nevertheless I still have bubbles. I checked the torque on all the pump bolts, they seem good. I'm at a complete loss, I feel like as the remote valve gets oil first it should work first, I have nothing. I even cracked the remote lines, no pressure. Does anyone have any advice?
