You can't buy one but you can make one.
I bought a steering wheel for a Massey Ferguson 245 . The diameter of the wheel and the dish are both within a half inch of the original 4200 wheel.
Trouble is the MF has a 7/8" spline and Ford used a 3/4" spline.
So I had the old machinist put the new steering wheel in the Bridgeport and bore the steel hub of the MF wheel larger.
Then I cut the center hub out of my old wheel.

I had a steering shaft from a 3000 that he could chuck in the lathe to turn the old hub to a light press fit into the new bore. The shaft and spline are the same size.

Viola! It fits and looks great.

Had to adjust the height a bit and cut 1/4" off the new skirt and few other minor things and I still need to tack weld the bushing into the new hub.
It was all VERY simple.
One other thing that's left to do is find a new decal for the center cover :)

It's kind of a cheap plastic wheel but will likely last a long time.
Steering wheel cost me $58 with shipping and the old machinist only charged me $70 for the machine work.
Maybe this will give an idea to others with bad steering wheels on these row crops.

Nice work. That steering column is completely different from our 5200. That Many Friends prolly cut the value in half though :) I have a replacement wheel and cap I got several years ago for the 5200 but need to install yet. I just looked at it the other day when you mentioned what you were doing but I don't see any name or markings on it and can't make out the part numbers on the printed dealer receipt.
