They are dry sleeve engines and parent block depending on engineering code on block usually noted by cartridge oil filter or spin on. There is a list of years engineering codes posted on this site by someone.

Check the actual casting number on your engine block to verify. A number that starts with EAE will be 134, a number that begins with EAF will be a 172. A 641 would have left the factory with a 134.
 
I thank you for that. I knew the 641 should be a 134 and I knew the casting numbers made a difference but didn't have the facts so couldn't reply. Tom
