I see no one offered any help to my problem , I was sure someone out there could offer help, guess I have a problem that no one else has ever had

Yes, the backhoe hooks up to the hydraulics, The pump goes back to a filter under the platform and goe into a block, then a line goes to the backhoe and one comes back, return, but
the last time it wouldnt move, no backhoe, I was told to take to strainer and clean it, I have a manual and I can not see a screen.

When I mount my backhoe on my Kubota I have to turn a valve on a block under the platform then turn it again when I remove it. The valve is turned using a screwdriver and the head of the shaft with the slot is 3/8 of an inch.

Come on JMOR, play nice please. I bet that it is obvious to pretty much anyone reading this that I am trying to provide bspauld another pathway to finding his problem rather than fixating on a filter. I have not looked closely at any New Holland tractor, but I think that it is a good possibility that various other tractors besides Kubota could have this valve, and that it could be his problem. How about trying to bring something positive to the discussion. Huh?

You won't see the strainer. You will only see a pipe going through a plate, bolted onto the lower right side of the transmission case. The transmission will need to be drained to service it.

I dont have a valve Showcrop, there are 2 lines going back to the rear of the tractor, no valve for that, when the back hoe is not on the tractor I plug the lines together. I wish
there was a valve, There is a block under the tractor on the right side that the pump goes to, and from there the oil goes to the transmission and for the backhoe. I was told there
is 2 pumps, but can only find one. I appreciate the help and advice, Thank you

Yes there is a charge pump for the transmission and a hydraulic pump.
Since you can move the tractor sometimes we can scratch a few things off the list and concentrate on things it could be.
You will need a gauge to check pressure readings. I marked in yellow things you should check.
