So, here we go again. I got this Ford 3600 tractor which turns out that it has the engine from a 4630 (best we can determine) So thanks to a lot of input from you guys here on the forum, I have a better understanding of what I'm dealing with.
So now I'm faced with yet another issue. I purchased parts from YTC based on the assumption that I have a 3600. We determined that the 3600 injector pump will work Ok with a little loss of power, but I also purchased injectors (#DONN9F593A) for the 3600. The 4630 engine uses a different injector (#E9NN9F593CA) and upon inspection, they look different on top. The question is....will the 3600 ones I ordered work or should I pack them up and swap them out for the 4630 injectors?
