ford 3600 / 4630 injectors question

So, here we go again. I got this Ford 3600 tractor which turns out that it has the engine from a 4630 (best we can determine) So thanks to a lot of input from you guys here on the forum, I have a better understanding of what I'm dealing with.
So now I'm faced with yet another issue. I purchased parts from YTC based on the assumption that I have a 3600. We determined that the 3600 injector pump will work Ok with a little loss of power, but I also purchased injectors (#DONN9F593A) for the 3600. The 4630 engine uses a different injector (#E9NN9F593CA) and upon inspection, they look different on top. The question is....will the 3600 ones I ordered work or should I pack them up and swap them out for the 4630 injectors?

Proving the tractor still has it's original battery box and dash shroud support you can swap the injectors and use the ones you got from YT, they may have a lower pop pressure but that will only effect power a little.
the short injectors and lower profile intake on the 30 series allowed Ford to lower the battery box to make use of a shorter but taller group 31 battery, the shorter battery allowed room for the fuse box used on the later models.
If the battery box had been lowered it will hit the tall injectors.

Thanks a lot, Destroked. I believe there is plenty of clearance for the taller injectors. maybe I can finally get this thing back up and running soon.
